Goal: To help bring transparency into the insurance world one post at a time! Working as an insurance broker, each day brings a new task and challenge resulting in many new lessons. It is my goal to share these lessons so that you don’t have to learn the hard way.
Intro: The last few months have been quite a ride. In Feb 20 I turned 27 and what a birthday it was! Sadly, it was one of the last celebrations before Coronavirus took us off our feet.
Alanna (fiancé) and I had beautiful wedding plans scheduled for May 29. That was a no-go. It is now July 14 and we are still engaged!
Today, I want to introduce my idea for a blog. It will either be a flop or a unique creative project which ultimately will help those seeking new information about the insurance industry.
I hope to share lessons learned acting as a broker and tips for those currently insured. I’ll be happy to share some marketing tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way along with information for anyone currently thinking about joining the industry.
My first success in the blogging world came from a post called “What’s The Difference Between an Agent and Broker?” It showed up as a first page result when you search “RIBO vs OTL”. This resulted in many emails from people interested in the industry which is what sparked this idea.
